Four Points Realty, Inc. was born out of the desire to offer outstanding customer service and marketing while maximizing the profit for sellers. We do something different and it saves you money! Our homes are listed for a total commission of 4%, instead of the typical 5% to 7% in our area. While buyer agents are offered a competitive rate of 2.5%, Four Points receives 1.5%. The average homeowner saves thousands of dollars, while receiving the attention and service of a full service brokerage firm.

Our properties are professionally marketed through MLS and all the major websites including, but not limited to, Zillow, Trulia, Homes.com, and Realtor.com. We sell your home for less but we don’t cut corners on our service; we market your home just like we would our own to maximize your sales price.

Originally from Philadelphia, I made Wilmington my home back in 1997. Like the thousands of new residents who discover this region each year, I, too, was drawn to this area because of its beautiful climate, the bright blue ocean, relaxed atmosphere, friendly people and cultural activities.

With a B.S. in marketing from the University of Scranton and a work background in management, customer service and sales, I have found my niche is real estate. I have been involved in many aspects of real estate – from investing, renovations, on-site sales, property management and residential sales – since 2004.

Lloyd first became involved in real estate in 1994 while attending West Virginia University. After renovating and selling homes in Louisiana and West Virginia, he and his wife decided that Wilmington was the perfect city to call home. Lloyd loves helping Sellers spruce up or renovate homes so that they will sell at the best price and as quickly as possible. When working with Buyers, Lloyd can give practical advice on repairs and renovations so that buyers don’t pass up their perfect home just because it doesn’t look perfect.

Lloyd’s areas of expertise and focus are older homes of downtown, the surrounding neighborhoods, and the older coastal homes that make Wilmington the most charming and historical city on the North Carolina coast.

 


Jonna Prince

Born in Wilmington and raised in the Masonboro area, I have a genuine love of where I live. I think it’s important for my clients to have that same feeling when they are searching for their home, as well. Since 1998, Real Estate has been a full time career and much of my success can be attributed to my knowledge of the area, consistent communication with my clients, and strong dependability. My extensive Real Estate experience coupled with listening to my clients’ needs enables me to find them a home that they will love at a price that they can afford. As a result, I have developed a loyal base of repeat customers that I like to consider friends.

Renovating, Staging and flipping homes are some other passions of mine. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family going to the beach and just enjoying all the great things that this city has to offer.
